Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 2/3 c. milk
- dash of salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Method
- Combine the first 5 ingredients; cook until soft ball.
- Remove and cool 10 to 15 minutes.
- Pour into mixer; add butter and vanilla.
- Beat at speed 8 on mixer for 6 to 8 minutes, until candy loses glossy look.
