Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 14 cups tomato juice
- 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats (not instant)
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch sage
- 1 pinch basil
- 14 cup finely chopped onion
Method
- preheat oven to 350 degree.
- combine and mix all the ingredients in oven safe pan.
- cook for 1 hour 30 minutes.
