Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. peanut butter (smooth)
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans (fine)
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • dash of salt
  • 1 (6 oz.) chocolate bits
  • 1/2 block paraffin

Method

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, pecans, sugar, margarine and salt.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls.
  • Melt chocolate and paraffin over hot water.
  • Coat entire ball by dipping it into chocolate mixture, using tongs or candy dipper.
  • Place on wax paper to harden.
  • Can put decorations (sprinkles) on top before they harden.
