- 2 1/2 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. peanut butter (smooth)
- 1 1/2 c. pecans (fine)
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 2 sticks margarine, melted
- dash of salt
- 1 (6 oz.) chocolate bits
- 1/2 block paraffin
Method
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, pecans, sugar, margarine and salt.
- Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Melt chocolate and paraffin over hot water.
- Coat entire ball by dipping it into chocolate mixture, using tongs or candy dipper.
- Place on wax paper to harden.
- Can put decorations (sprinkles) on top before they harden.
