Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) frozen deep dish pie shell
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. diced turkey
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • paprika

Method

  • Bake pie shell
  • at 375° for 10 minutes.
  • Cook celery for 10 minutes or
  • until tender.
  • Stir in turkey and pimento.
  • Beat together eggs,
  • milk,
  • mayonnaise,
  • salt
  • and mustard.
  • Stir in turkey mixture.
  • Pour into pie shell.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
  • Bake at
  • 375°
  • for
  • 25 to 35 minutes.
  • Inserted knife should come out clean when done.
