Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups (1-inch pieces) broccoli
  • 1 cup quartered zucchini slices
  • 1/2 cup quartered yellow squash slices
  • 1/2 cup red pepper strips
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 cup CHEEZ WHIZ Cheese Dip
  • 1 pkg. (7 oz.) spaghetti, cooked, drained

Method

  • Mix vegetables, butter and seasonings in 1-quart microwavable casserole.
  • Microwave on HIGH 2 to 2-1/2 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Microwave process cheese sauce as directed on label.
  • Toss vegetables and process cheese sauce with spaghetti.
  • Conventional: Cook and stir vegetables in butter in large skillet on medium-high heat until tender-crisp.
  • Add remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
