Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups (1-inch pieces) broccoli
- 1 cup quartered zucchini slices
- 1/2 cup quartered yellow squash slices
- 1/2 cup red pepper strips
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup CHEEZ WHIZ Cheese Dip
- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) spaghetti, cooked, drained
Method
- Mix vegetables, butter and seasonings in 1-quart microwavable casserole.
- Microwave on HIGH 2 to 2-1/2 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Microwave process cheese sauce as directed on label.
- Toss vegetables and process cheese sauce with spaghetti.
- Conventional: Cook and stir vegetables in butter in large skillet on medium-high heat until tender-crisp.
- Add remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
