Ingredients
- 1 c. cooked white rice, rinsed
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries
- 1/2 (6 1/4 oz. bag) pkg. miniature marshmallows
- 2 c. whipped cream
- 1/3 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Method
- Combine cooked rice, sugar, pineapple, cherries and marshmallows in bowl.
- Fold whipped cream into rice mixture.
- Add chopped nuts, if desired.
- Chill in sherbet glasses.
