Ingredients
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. cut green beans
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. sliced cooked carrots
Method
- Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper in a 1 1/2-quart bowl.
- Mix in beans, green pepper and onion.
- Cover; refrigerate at least 8 hours.
- Before serving, remove to salad bowl with slotted spoon.
