Ingredients
- 1 small box macaroni
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
- slices of sharp cheese
- Italian or plain bread crumbs
Method
- Cook macaroni and drain.
- Put back in pan and mix 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can milk and pour over macaroni; mix.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add corned beef (broken up) and mix with macaroni mixture.
- Pour in casserole dish.
- Top with thin slices of sharp cheese.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes in 350° oven.
