Ingredients

  • 1 small box macaroni
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
  • slices of sharp cheese
  • Italian or plain bread crumbs

Method

  • Cook macaroni and drain.
  • Put back in pan and mix 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can milk and pour over macaroni; mix.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add corned beef (broken up) and mix with macaroni mixture.
  • Pour in casserole dish.
  • Top with thin slices of sharp cheese.
  • Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes in 350° oven.
