- 1 lb chicken
- 1 broccoli
- 1 ginger
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
- 1 lb egg noodles
- 1 zuchini
- 1 summer squash
Method
- cut chicken into small bite size pieces
- season chicken w salt and pepper
- slice ginger thinly as much or as little as youd like
- heat olive oil in pan, add ginger and chicken
- boil noodles
- cook chicken til done, add vegetables
- seaon w salt and pepper
- simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes allowing veggies to cook
- combine noodles, chicken and veggies
