Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 ginger
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 salt
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 lb egg noodles
  • 1 zuchini
  • 1 summer squash

Method

  • cut chicken into small bite size pieces
  • season chicken w salt and pepper
  • slice ginger thinly as much or as little as youd like
  • heat olive oil in pan, add ginger and chicken
  • boil noodles
  • cook chicken til done, add vegetables
  • seaon w salt and pepper
  • simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes allowing veggies to cook
  • combine noodles, chicken and veggies
