- 1 small jar apricot preserves
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 pkg. cocktail franks
- 1 large red apple, cored and cubed
- 1 large can mandarin orange segments
Method
- In saucepan, combine preserves, lemon juice, cornstarch and cinnamon. Cook and stir until well blended and slightly thickened. Stir in franks and pineapple. Heat through. Just before serving, stir in apples and oranges. Serve warm.
