Ingredients
- Marinade
- 1/3 Cup red wine
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 T brown sugar
- 2 lb pork loin
- Sauce
- 1/3 Cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1 1/2 T mustard powder
- 1 T minced fresh chives
Method
- Mix together marinade and put in plastic bag overnight.
- Mix together ingredients for the sauce.
- Bake 325 for 1 hour slice into 1/2" pieces and serve with sauce over the top.
