Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 24 vanilla wafers
- 1 (21 oz.) can pie filling (blueberry, cherry or strawberry may be used)
Method
- In mixer, cream the cream cheese; then add eggs, sugar and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Line muffin pans with paper liners and place one wafer in each liner.
- Spoon cream cheese mixture over wafers. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
- Cool, then spoon pie filling over puffs.
- Refrigerate.
- Makes 24 puffs.
