Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 24 vanilla wafers
  • 1 (21 oz.) can pie filling (blueberry, cherry or strawberry may be used)

Method

  • In mixer, cream the cream cheese; then add eggs, sugar and vanilla.
  • Mix well.
  • Line muffin pans with paper liners and place one wafer in each liner.
  • Spoon cream cheese mixture over wafers. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
  • Cool, then spoon pie filling over puffs.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Makes 24 puffs.
