Ingredients

  • 3 lb Pork Roast
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 1 ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Method

  • In a bowl mix all dry seasoning together.
  • Rub the pork roast on all sides.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
  • Pre heat oven to 450F.
  • Place Roast in 450F oven for 10 mins to get the nice color.
  • Turn down the oven temp to 250F and finish cooking for an hour.
  • Once done take out pork roast wrap in foil and let sit for 15mins DON'T CUT IT YET!!!
  • Take off foil and watch it cut like butter.
