Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter or oleo
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Method
- Place butter in a 1-cup glass measure.
- Microwave on Medium-high (roast) for about 1 1/2 minutes, or until melted.
- Add mustard, parsley flakes, garlic powder and lemon juice.
- Pour sauce over fish to serve.
