Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can chuck pineapple, drain saving juice
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1/2 stick melted margarine
Method
- Combine sugar, flour, and 3 tablespoons pineapple juice.
- Heat on low heat until sugar melts.
- Stir in pineapple chunks and Cheddar cheese.
- Pour into baking dish.
- Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
- Drizzle margarine over top.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
