Ingredients
- 25 to 30 Oreos
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1 small can Hershey's syrup
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- butter pecans or other nuts (optional)
Method
- Crumble cookies.
- Layer in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Pour margarine over mixture.
- Spoon softened ice cream over layer.
- Pour syrup and nuts over layer of ice cream.
- Cover and freeze overnight. Next morning, spread Cool Whip over top and refrigerate until ready to use.
