- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
Method
- Mix cheese, 1 tablespoon of milk and sugar until smooth.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Spread in bottom of pie crust.
- Mix 1 cup of milk with instant pudding until smooth.
- Let set 3 minutes.
- Stir spices in pumpkin.
- Fold in instant pudding.
- Spread over cheese in pie crust.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Garnish with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nutmeg and sliced toasted almonds.
