Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • 2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves

Method

  • Mix cheese, 1 tablespoon of milk and sugar until smooth.
  • Fold in Cool Whip.
  • Spread in bottom of pie crust.
  • Mix 1 cup of milk with instant pudding until smooth.
  • Let set 3 minutes.
  • Stir spices in pumpkin.
  • Fold in instant pudding.
  • Spread over cheese in pie crust.
  • Chill for 2 hours.
  • Garnish with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nutmeg and sliced toasted almonds.
