Ingredients
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 c. carrots, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. sliced, toasted almonds
Method
- In microwave dish, stir together all ingredients, except almonds.
- Cover and cook on High for 12 to 14 minutes or until carrots are tender.
- Sprinkle with almonds before serving.
