Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. raspberry Jell-O
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- chopped nuts
Method
- Mix Jell-O, water and pineapple.
- Let cool until mixture begins to set.
- Add blueberry pie filling.
- Let mixture congeal. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
- Blend well.
- Top congealed mixture.
- Top with chopped nuts.
