Ingredients
- 1 large pot cooked potatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 1 c. red wine vinegar
- 2 c. Wesson oil
- 1/4 c. (heaping) mustard
- salt
Method
- Peel and cut potatoes when cool.
- Add onion, vinegar, oil and mustard.
- Toss for several minutes.
- Sprinkle salt across top liberally and mix well.
- Do not refrigerate! Keep on countertop in airtight containers.
- Always mix well again before serving.
