Ingredients
- 10 medium potatoes
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1/4 c. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. warm water
Method
- Boil potatoes in salt water.
- Peel and slice in large bowl. Dice celery and onion in with potatoes.
- Slice bacon and fry bacon until crisp.
