Ingredients
- 8 slices (1/2 lb.) bacon, fried crisp and diced
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 c. water
- 8 to 12 potatoes, sliced
Method
- Fry bacon.
- Pour off excess fat, leaving 1/2 cup in skillet. Add flour, sugar, salt and pepper and blend well.
- Add vinegar and water. Cook until thick and pour over potatoes.
