Ingredients
- 2 small pkg. frozen red raspberries (and juice)
- 3 3/4 c. boiling water
- 3 (3 oz.) pkg. red raspberry jello
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 c. chopped nuts or pecans
- 3 bananas, diced
Method
- Thaw raspberries.
- Pour boiling water over jello.
- Stir to dissolve completely.
- Stir in crushed pineapple and juice. Refrigerate until starting to set around the edges.
- Fold in nuts, bananas and thawed raspberries and juice.
- Put in mold. Refrigerate to congeal.
