Ingredients
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1 German chocolate cake mix
- 1 stick margarine
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 lb. confectioners sugar
Method
- Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Sprinkle 1 cup chopped pecans and 1 cup flaked coconut into prepared pan.
- Mix one German chocolate cake mix by directions and pour over nuts and coconut. Melt one stick margarine and 8 ounces cream cheese; add 1 pound of confectioners sugar and whisk until smooth.
- Pour over cake mix. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
