Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 2 or 3 c. water
  • 1 pkg. chili seasoning mix

Method

  • Brown ground beef and drain.
  • Saute onions and bell pepper. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and chili seasoning mix. Add shredded cabbage with 2 to 3 cups water.
  • Bring to a boil and simmer until cabbage is cooked to your liking.
