Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. fresh frozen coconut, thawed
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix, mix according to instructions on box
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 box confectioners sugar
Method
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over bottom of pan.
- Sprinkle coconut over the nuts.
- Pour cake mix (after mixed according to instructions) over coconut and nuts in pan.
- Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over cake mix.
- Cook in sheet cake pan at 350° for 35 minutes.
