Ingredients
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 can Hershey's chocolate syrup
- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 1 container Cool Whip
- 1 pkg. frozen coconut
Method
- Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Mix and bake cake as directed on package.
- Punch holes in top of cake with a large fork.
- Combine chocolate syrup and milk.
- Pour over the cake, allowing it to soak into holes.
- Cover and allow cake to cool in refrigerator overnight (or 4 hours).
- Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle coconut on top.
- Keep refrigerated.
