Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 can flaked coconut
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
Method
- Bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil; cook 1 minute. Add nuts, coconut and cracker crumbs. Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan. Line with whole graham crackers. Pour filling over these and spread. Top with more graham crackers and spread on icing.
