Ingredients
- 8 ounces plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Method
- 1. Mix together all of the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- 2. Cover chicken with the marinade, and store in the refrigerator for 1-8 hours.
- 3. Grill chicken and serve. (I use the George Foreman grill).
