Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked and cubed chicken breast
- 1/2 c. coarsely chopped apples
- 1/2 c. celery slices
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 1/4 c. walnuts
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 c. lite salad dressing
Method
- Mix all ingredients until blended well.
- Chill and serve.
