Ingredients
- 1/2 c. syrup (white Karo)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. peppermint flavoring
- 10 marshmallows
- 3 c. pecans
Method
- Mix
- syrup,
- sugar
- and
- water in a saucepan; cook over medium heat until it reaches the soft ball stage. Remove from heat
- and add flavoring and marshmallows.
- Add pecans and stir until well coated.
- Pour on waxed paper;
- separate while still warm.
