Ingredients

  • 1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1-1/2 lb./675 g), 3/4 inch thick Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup Bull's-Eye Steakhouse Barbecue Sauce

Method

  • Place steak in shallow dish.
  • Spread both sides of steak with garlic; press firmly into steak.
  • Pour barbecue sauce over steak; turn to evenly coat both sides of steak.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  • Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  • Grill steak 5 to 7 min.
  • on each side or until medium doneness (160F).
