Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. whole tiny new potatoes (20 to 24)
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced, or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Place peeled potatoes in a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine the margarine, water, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle over potatoes.
  • Toss to coat.
  • Bake, covered, at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring once.
  • Uncover; bake 20 minutes more or until the potatoes are tender and slightly browned.
