Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. whole tiny new potatoes (20 to 24)
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced, or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Place peeled potatoes in a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine the margarine, water, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Drizzle over potatoes.
- Toss to coat.
- Bake, covered, at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring once.
- Uncover; bake 20 minutes more or until the potatoes are tender and slightly browned.
