Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 Wild Caught Salmon Fillets, Thawed
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Each, Salt And Pepper
  • Lemon Wedges For Serving

Method

  • Preheat oven to broil.
  • On a foil-lined baking sheet, brush olive oil over salmon.
  • Divide garlic evenly among fillets, and spread over the top.
  • Sprinkle with pepper and sea salt.
  • Broil fillets for about 10 minutes, until no longer raw and starting to get the nice white fat marbling showing through on the sides.
  • Once cooked, serve with rice, noodles, or over veggies.
  • Give each fillet a good squeeze of lemon juice before enjoying.
