- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 Wild Caught Salmon Fillets, Thawed
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Each, Salt And Pepper
- Lemon Wedges For Serving
Method
- Preheat oven to broil.
- On a foil-lined baking sheet, brush olive oil over salmon.
- Divide garlic evenly among fillets, and spread over the top.
- Sprinkle with pepper and sea salt.
- Broil fillets for about 10 minutes, until no longer raw and starting to get the nice white fat marbling showing through on the sides.
- Once cooked, serve with rice, noodles, or over veggies.
- Give each fillet a good squeeze of lemon juice before enjoying.
