Ingredients
- 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 sticks margarine, melted
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 can condensed chicken broth
Method
- Dredge chicken in flour, seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Melt 1 stick of margarine in frypan; stir in 2 cloves garlic.
- Brown chicken in garlic butter.
- Melt 1 stick of margarine in baking dish with 1 clove chopped garlic.
- Add browned chicken and drippings to baking dish.
- Pour in broth.
- Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.
- Stir occasionally.
