Ingredients

  • 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 can condensed chicken broth

Method

  • Dredge chicken in flour, seasoned with salt and pepper.
  • Melt 1 stick of margarine in frypan; stir in 2 cloves garlic.
  • Brown chicken in garlic butter.
  • Melt 1 stick of margarine in baking dish with 1 clove chopped garlic.
  • Add browned chicken and drippings to baking dish.
  • Pour in broth.
  • Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.
  • Stir occasionally.
