Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breast
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Cooking sake or white wine
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Method

  • Pierce the chicken with the tip of your knife, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Rub in the ingredients labeled and set aside.
  • Add olive oil to a heated frying pan.
  • Cook the minced garlic on low until it's fragrant, then brown the chicken over low-medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
  • Garnish with a wedge of lemon or squeeze on a couple drops of lemon juice (optional) and serve.
