Ingredients
- 3 (15 1/2 ounce) cans garbanzo beans
- 12 cup red wine vinegar
- 12 cup olive oil
- 12 cup red onion (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons jalapenos (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons parsley (chopped)
- 1 12 teaspoons garlic (minced)
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon Emeril's Original Essence
Method
- Drain garbanzo beans and put into a bowl.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Mix well and refridgerate for 2 hours.
