Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. pancake mix
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 lb. hot dogs
- oil (for deep frying)
Method
- Combine pancake mix, sugar, cornmeal, milk and egg in bowl; mix well.
- Insert 1 popsicle stick into each hot dog.
- Dip into batter, coating well.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
- Serve with mustard dip.
