Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, etc.)
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 c. biscuit mix
- 1/4 c. margarine
Method
- Cook vegetables in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Place in casserole.
- Beat soup and milk until smooth. Pour over vegetables.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Mix biscuit mix with margarine and sprinkle over top.
- Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
