Ingredients
- chicken fat
- onions
- garlic
- diced carrot
- brown rice
- white wine
- chicken stock
- diced white, golden, and scarlet turnips
- parsley
- parmesan
Method
- 1. saute onions and garlic in chicken fat
- 2. add carrots and saute
- 3. add rice and saute
- 4. add wine and saute 'til near-dry
- 5. add stock a bit at a time, saute 'til near-dry, risotto style
- 6. add turnips, cook for while
- 7. serve with parsley and parmesan
