Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. white sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 3 bags chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 lb. butter

Method

  • In a very large saucepan, bring to a boil the sugar and milk. Stirring constantly, boil 6 minutes.
  • Remove from heat; let set for 2 minutes, then add remaining ingredients.
  • Beat by hand or electric mixer until creamy.
  • Line large cookie sheet with waxed paper.
  • Spread fudge evenly onto cookie sheet.
  • When completely cooked, flip fudge onto more waxed paper.
  • Spread out on table or countertop.
  • Cut.
  • Enjoy!
  • Makes approximately 6 dozen.
