Ingredients
- 1/4 c. white sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 3 bags chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 lb. butter
Method
- In a very large saucepan, bring to a boil the sugar and milk. Stirring constantly, boil 6 minutes.
- Remove from heat; let set for 2 minutes, then add remaining ingredients.
- Beat by hand or electric mixer until creamy.
- Line large cookie sheet with waxed paper.
- Spread fudge evenly onto cookie sheet.
- When completely cooked, flip fudge onto more waxed paper.
- Spread out on table or countertop.
- Cut.
- Enjoy!
- Makes approximately 6 dozen.
