- 1 large onion, cut in 8 wedges
- 1 medium red pepper, cut in eighths
- 1 medium green pepper, cut in eighths
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
