Ingredients

  • 2 can cento tomatos 28 oz
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • 1 salt/pepper to tsste
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 6 tbsp olive oil

Method

  • heat oil..add sliced garlic..cook till light brown
  • add pepper flakes..
  • crush tomatoes by hand..add to pot cook 1 hours on low heat
  • after a hour..mash an big pieces of tomato with a spoon..or puree until smooth..your desicion
  • add basil remove from fire
  • finish with one ring around the pot with olive oil..stir and serve.
  • this can be used for anything..pasta..lasagne..chicken parmasan..whatever your heart desire..enjoy
