Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pkg. penne rigati, uncooked
  • 1 lb. bulk Italian sausage or lean ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 2 - 26 oz. jars of Classico Di Sicilia ripe olives and mushrooms or Di Napoli tomato and basil pasta sauce
  • 4 c. (1 lb.) sorrento mozzarella cheese shredded
  • chopped parsley

Method

  • Preheat oven 350°.
  • Prepare penne rigati as package directions.
  • In large bowl, combine penne rigati, sausage, pasta sauce and 2 cups cheese, mix well.
  • Turn into greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish; cover.
  • Bake 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly; uncover, top with remaining 2 c. cheese and parsley; refrigerate left over.
