Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges
  • 1 medium can pineapple (crushed)
  • celery according to taste
  • mayonnaise with little juice from pineapple or oranges
  • slivered almonds

Method

  • Bake chicken
  • breasts
  • and
  • then
  • cut into small pieces (squares). Cut up celery and oranges and add to chicken, then add pineapple. Use
  • mayonnaise,
  • enough
  • to hold together the ingredients.
  • Top
  • with
  • almonds.
  • Let stand for several hours before
  • serving.
  • Serve with banana slices (halves lengthwise) topped with
  • crushed
  • salted
  • nuts.
  • Arrange
  • banana slices on side of
  • plate
  • with
  • salad in the middle. Cheese biscuits go very well with this.
