Ingredients
- 5 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 small can mandarin oranges
- 1 medium can pineapple (crushed)
- celery according to taste
- mayonnaise with little juice from pineapple or oranges
- slivered almonds
Method
- Bake chicken
- breasts
- and
- then
- cut into small pieces (squares). Cut up celery and oranges and add to chicken, then add pineapple. Use
- mayonnaise,
- enough
- to hold together the ingredients.
- Top
- with
- almonds.
- Let stand for several hours before
- serving.
- Serve with banana slices (halves lengthwise) topped with
- crushed
- salted
- nuts.
- Arrange
- banana slices on side of
- plate
- with
- salad in the middle. Cheese biscuits go very well with this.
