Ingredients
- 1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 packet Equal
- 3/4 c. frozen unsweetened fruit
Method
- Place yogurt, vanilla and sweetener in blender.
- Whirl, gradually adding frozen fruit.
- Bananas, peaches, blueberries, strawberries or raspberries work best for this recipe.
