Ingredients
- 1/2 to 1 c. dried, chopped fruit
- 2 c. fruit juice
- 2 tsp. honey
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. water
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Soak the dried fruits in the fruit juice for 2 hours or longer; add 2 teaspoons honey.
- Bring mixture to a boil; add cornstarch and stir until mixture begins to thicken.
- Add cinnamon; chill or serve warm.
