Ingredients
- 1 c. vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 c. apple juice
- 1 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
Method
- Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
- Drink as is, or freeze in popsicle molds or paper cups. Yields about 3 cups or 10 to 11 pops.
