Ingredients
- 2 cans pineapple juice
- 3 small cans mandarin oranges
- 1 jar maraschino cherries
- 2 pkg. regular vanilla pudding
- 3 to 4 bananas
Method
- Drain pineapple and oranges well, saving the juice.
- Cook vanilla pudding in 3 cups of the saved fruit juice until thickened.
- Combine thickened pudding mixture with pineapple chunks, oranges and cherries.
- Don't save cherry juice.
- Add as many sliced bananas as preferred.
- Keeps good and serves approximately 10.
