Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin powder
- 1 qt. unsweetened fruit juice
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. low calorie sweetener or 4 packets artificial sweetener
Method
- In saucepan, soften gelatin powder in the fruit juice.
- Bring mixture to a boil to dissolve gelatin.
- Remove from heat and stir in sweetener.
- Fill jars, leaving 1/4-inch of space at top.
- Do not process or freeze.
- Add spices or coloring, if desired. Yield: 4 half-pints.
